This forum has been a big help in teaching techniques to not only deal with the issues of my BPD loved one, but with some of my own issues as well.  Can anyone share their stories of non contact games their BPD's have committed.  Mine has been going on for almost four months now.

We usually refer to this as the "silent treatment" and its a common issue in these relationships.  Four months is a long time.  Have you told your partner how it's affecting you and the relationship?
