Hey - I'm new here.
Still learning a lot about BPD.  I found this site from the book "Stop Walking On Eggshells".  As I read the book I am shaking my head "yes" to so much and so far it's been eye-opening.    I am hoping to connect with others who live and love someone with BPD and how they cope.   I have always been a pretty confident, outgoing, strong person and lately, I feel like I'm drowning and trying to get my life back in order.

Looking forward to interacting with you all.   Any advice for a newbie would be great.
Thank you!

ShelleyJ, welcome!  Virtual hug (click to insert in post) I came here feeling upside down. I really couldn't figure out what was wrong until I got my hands on information about BPD.

Who in your life has BPD? We'd love to hear more from you.
