I am glad that I stumbled upon this group and information about BPD. I never knew such a thing even existed. My husband and I have been married for 23 years and I now have some answers as to what the heck has been going on. Whew. When we first got married and after one of these blow ups, I tried to talk to him….”where does all of this anger come from?”. He was genuinely confused because it was completely normal to him. I’ve learned to cope over the years, by using some of the methods mentioned without even thinking about it. I am very relieved and grateful that I now have an outlet to help me.

Really happy for you that you’re getting answers and resources. I highly recommend reading Stop Walking on Eggshells. It really empowered me to reclaim control over myself and within the relationship.

Funny….I was listening to the audiobook “Stop walking on eggshells” and it led me here. The book and this website have helped immensely.
