Hello,
This is my first time on here. I’ve never done this before but I guess I was hoping for some guidance. My wife has BPD and it has been extremely difficult in our relationship to hold onto myself. I currently feel so lost and alone, and it seems like she doesn’t even notice. We have been arguing a lot lately  and it has gotten very toxic. I love her and don’t want our relationship to end but I don’t know what else to do.
Please help.

you do sound exhausted. things can get better.
