Hello Bdp family, its been almost a month since i've moved out from my BPDw.  So far i've been at peace, but I guess getting re-adjusted to the (being alone) apartment life is starting to get to me.  I'm thinking about finding a new church home & I think she would love that because she doesn't want anyone to know what's going on between me and her... .  (fearing another woman might be interested).  I've got no phone calls from her so far.  I guess I need some moral support.  Do BPD's initiate reconciliation or no?  Help me BPD family.  dapper man

What do you want? Do you want to reconcile? Do you have other support? Friends and family?

Hard to say whether a pwBPD will try to recycle or not.  Seems like many of them try to start new relationships before leaving the old one.  Then if it doesn't work out they try to get back with an ex.

Do you want to reconcile?

she may call you in a month or many months... .  you have to decide if you want to stay moved out and separate or get back with her. I know this is a tough choice.

How long have you been married? and do you have kids?

All:

I don't think dapperman can know whether he wants to reconcile right now.  I do agree that she may being trying to hide the marital turmoil from her church friends.  I think my wife has tried to conceal, or at least not advertised the fact that we are living separately.

I will say it would be good to go to a separate church... .  to avoid the fallout from any smear campaign.   I do not my uBPD wife has tried to enlist support from he Church Support Group - I suspect I am portrayed as a high ranking NAZI that escaped to Argentina.
