This was a random little something which resonated with me which I thought I'd like to share with you.
I'm having the odd moment of deep upset still and crying but I'm doing pretty well atm. I'm starting to really accept the reality of the situation and am trying to move forward with mostly positivity ... yet the odd moment of rumination. This article was a nice little something to help focus on.

Years ago my friend Kara broke up with a guy she really, really like. We spent a Friday night purposely playing songs that would make her cry. To the point it went from cathartic to funny. It really helped her heal. I did the same last night. That does not make the memories go away, but it definitely helped.
My room mate laughed when he came in last night. I had moved past October Project to the Bare Naked Ladies.
Haven't you always wanted a monkey?" (If you don't know the song, it is "If I had a million dollars."
Have fun tonight. Bring a smile to your face.
