The children sense their parents anxiety in their voice, their body language and their parents behavior. Here are some suggestions from Dean Stacer on how to avoid conflict.

Can anyone out there give a suggestion?  I am happy to receive personal messages in order to maintain privacy if necessary, but it seems the best way to get recommendations is by word of mouth?  Does anyone out there have experience with an excellent custody attorney in PA?  Preferable one who has knowledge of BPD, etc?  Please send me a pm and let me know!  Looking online you just get a list of names and addresses, but not much else.  Everyone wants you to schedule an appt when you call, but I work full time and have two young children... .

Thank you!

avvo.com is not a site where the Lawyer can influence what is said about their services.  You can also ask a legal questions for free.

If you have a therapist, they are often in touch with the legal community and can provide a recommendation.

But yes, the answer is asking other people. Think of people you trust in your community that you can ask.

Try to find someone that fits with your strategy.
