Hi dearests!
I missed you all. I´m here to show you my gratefullness. My DS33 is doing well. He´s in a great moment. Loving his girlfriend, being able to take care of himself, taking his meds... and not complaining so much. His humoor is fine. He is able to laugh about himself after a breakdown. it´s lovely. I know there is ups and downs but i feeel also he is etter than ever. Maybe, his age, he is more calm. is there anything about BPD and age? Istudied a lot, and i´m back. My ilness - Lupus - is under control. the bad thing is a got a lot of weight because the cortisone. Arrgh. But, it´s o. I love you all and i´ll 'walk' around the posts to make myself informed about you. Love Esperança.

Such good news about your S. I think having a good relationship with his gf really helps things stay more stable, and the sense of humor. That is great.
So glad your health is better. I have been on cortisone and was very happy when they found a different medication for long term treatment of my Chron's. I think of you often. Thanks for posting today.

Dear Esoerança_Hope:
How beautiful to hear your good news! Your son's life has improved so much. Congratulations to you all!
His girlfriend sounds like she is such a strength-giver. And your son has a sense of humour about himself. Humour goes a long way. My grandmother used to say that everyone is a bit odd, except for herself and she would laugh!
I am so happy for you. Your health is improving, as well. The weight will drop off, I bet.
Good to hear from you.
