need help so confused

I have a Gf well at this point I think I am the ex... .I have not heard from her in almost 4 days... .she has never done this before, I just dont know what to do. I have never been in this situation before can someone help me get some clarity, I feel like I am going crazy... .I am so sad and just do not have any answers! :'(

I am sure it is really confusing to not be in contact with your girlfriend for a considerable amount of time.  What happened the last time that you spoke to her?
