My ex got served today with my motions to modify parenting plan and motions for child support. I was told he wouldn't be served until Tuesday because of the holiday. It was a surprise to me when he dropped off daughter tonight. He said "I got paperwork today and we are going to talk real soon". I know he isn't going to just behave himself, no way. I am trying to prepare myself. If he doesn't have a phone or computer and really only 1 friend here what is he going to do? Last time it was constant text harassment.

Do you feel that your and your daughter are safe? Any weird gut feelings, or do you feel that he is just going to be his usual weird and annoying self?

He seems to look for someone to leach off of and support him. My fear is that he will be under so much pressure he will go crawling back to his dad for support. I can't allow our daughter to be in that situation so i don't know what I will do if that happens. She came home with a very fat lip last night. I am trying to not jump tp conclusions, I know babies fall. The other day she was dumping her juice on the rug, I said "oh no no floor" in a stern voice I would  say. She said "NO" and smacked herself across her face. Again it could just be normal behavior.  But I am keeping my eyes open.
