Getting a peek behind the curtain...

So, at the direction of the MC, I have shared abut 17 pages of google doc content about my perspective on some of the 20-25 outburst of anger incidents.

My wife will use a different color and put her comments in there.

She stayed up late last night doing this, I'm going to take a peek after she heads off to work.

Not sure if "curious" is an emotion, but that is really what I feel.  It's been so long since I've heard things from her in a calm manner, that I am interested in how she views things.

Most of me is picking through things/emotions said in a dysregulation and trying to piece together her "state of mind".

Hey FF, Results could be interesting.  Suggest you keep your expectations low.  Often a pwBPD looks at things quite differently because they are reluctant to assume responsibility for their actions.  Let us know what you find out, when you get a chance.
