One thing you can do is bookmark your post location in whatever browser you are using.  That can help you find it more easily.

From whatever board you are on, if you go to mapping, either towards the top left of the page (or sometimes, also, towards the bottom left), and click on the words "BPD Family", you will be directed to the main index of boards.

From the main index, you will find a list of several different boards and various categories. There are multiple boards for relationships.

You can also click on your own name in the top left of a message you've posted. This takes you to your profile page. At the bottom select "show the last posts of this person". That will show you all your posts with a link to each.
