Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hello,
I am in exactly the same situation with my eldest UDSD. Have not seen her for 13 years. And also have some issues with my DSD, although she will message me when she feels well enough she will not see me or my husband, she just ignores my offer to visit or meet up etc and won’t respond to my message when I ask this. We haven’t seen her for over 7 years now, or her 2 children. We have 5 grandchildren between both Sd’s, and my husband and I have only seen one of them when she was 2, she is 15 now!
BPD sure is a challenge. Many of the posts on here are so relatable to me.

Hi sadoma,

Did something happen in the run up to your udd not speaking to you?
