Good evening everyone, my name is Denny. I'm have a terrible time with my family, my in-laws and my wife being my triggers. I've been diagnosed with BPD since last September. Any insights would great thanks in advance.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
