Hi
This is a vent.
Things are hotting up in the house.
BPDs now waiting 7 days to hear what his next step is. He's already predicting they will insist on drug counselling as a first step. He disagrees. Now it's s frustrating waiting game. Sigh.
Younger son is in bed, says he has a migraine. It's been 3 days. I think it's gcse anxiety. Bigger sigh.
Husband having a melt down "I can't be s parent any more". Deep breath out.
My module desdline is today. Presentation and essay hand in. I'm feeling strong.
As my friend pointed out this morning - I've three very needy men, huge deep breath while lying on the floor !
I'm getting ready for my day now. Wondering if I should book a one way ticket to St Lucia.
All are welcome!

I'm laughing at the hilarity of the notion of self care!
