Hello Kikiriki

I would like to welcome you here and say how pleased I am to hear that you are taking that first step towards learning how to cope with your daughter who has BPD. You will find lots of help, support and understanding from other members here, we all know what you are going through. You are not alone.

There are lots of resources here too, just look to the right of the board  Bullet: important point (click to insert in post)

You say that you are wanting to try a different approach, so may I suggest that you take a look under THE LESSONS heading, Lesson 2 ~ If your current approach is not working - change it.

Perhaps if you don’t mind you could fill us in with a few more details. How old is your daughter and is she currently living with you? Is she receiving any kind of therapy? I don’t want to bombard you with too many questions right now.

I look forward to hearing more from you x

Hi Kikiriki

I join Feeling Better in welcoming you to the bpdfamily  Welcome new member (click to insert in post) who offers you sound advice.

Are you able to share more about your experience with BPD?  What things did you try in the past?

By learning more about your circumstances we can better target the conversation.

I hope you are doing ok.  We look forward to hearing from you
