Stress from nurturing children of BPD daughter

My life is uncertain in the sense that I never know when the other shoe will drop. I nuture two grandchildren who are living with their mother who has bipolar disorder. My daughter is disrespectful and quick to blame me for things in her life that frustrate her. My partner and I end up parenting both of her kids.

Hi
Bird22
Welcome to the group. You have come to the right place for help and support and I am glad you are here. It must be exhausting to have to cope with your daughter's troubling behavior while at the same time trying to care for her children who are no doubt suffering too. Can you tell us more about your situation? What else do you feel comfortable sharing with us? Most importantly, what are you doing to take care of yourself and minimize your stress?

Hi
Bird22
Along with
Faith
I welcome you, we are glad found us, joined us for support. What a double edged sword for you nurturing grandchildren and waiting for the shoe to drop. BP can be co-morbid with BPD and more as I'm learning from my DD30, she has these last few years thought something else is at play BP, and is waiting for BP assessment. Do you see BPD traits in your DD?
We're trying to work out what shoe drops, when and why. Your DD accepts her BP diagnosis?
Welcome again, life gets better with family here.
