Hello and welcome Tjgg!

When you can, will you tell us more about your marriage, your situation, and how you may have come to suspect borderline personality disorder?

There are many other folks here, whom have chewed the same dirt as you, believe me, we know!

Meantime, take a look at the top banner up there, "Diagnoses Treatments, Tips & Tools"… and see the drop downs… also the "Groups" on the next bar down… take a look around, in the "Groups" there is a tab about tools specifically… I have the shortcut link here for you…

There is so much to learn, so much to absorb… and learning as much as you can will help you in your journey exponentially!

Again, welcome Tjgg!

Kind Regards, Red5

Hi Tjgg! I'd like to join Red5 in saying welcome aboard!

Red has asked some good questions. This is a supportive place and so many of us have found the tools and guidance we need to navigate the sometimes-rough waters of a BPD relationship. If you can tell us a bit more, we'll give you all the help we can!
