Married with bpd and being cheated on

This is my first post. I've been married 25 years with a husband who made my life really hard. I tried to instigate a break period 2 years ago. But he immediately found a woman on a dating site after only 2 days. This was not what I expected. He was with her for three months on a deliriously romantic relationship. I had to move out and found an appartement. But then after three months with her he came back to me and we bought a new house. We have three children. I still love him. But I'm tired of the roller coaster.
The problem now I'd he keeps telling me he blames me for everything and he is still madly in love with the woman he had met on meetic and who doesn't want him any more. I feel really bad and guilty and don't know what to do. Especially with the kids who are suffering so bad from the situation. Please help me.
