I am a loving mom that has a adult daughter with BPD.
I struggle with her diagnosis.Just looking for help

Welcome.  We completely understand as a BPD diagnosis for our dear ones can be devastating.  Is your adult daughter living with you and does she accept her diagnosis?  That makes a big difference.  However, the best help you can be to her is to build up your own self resilience.  Take a look around this website, read under the tools drop down link/ diagnosis+ treatment drop down links at the top of this page.  Familiarize yourself with what BPD is along with self care for you.  Please write back and tell us more as you are able.
