My daughter, 22, has BPD and my relationship with her is very close but frequently exhausting. I love her so much and am very concerned about her but feel pushed to the limit sometimes and then start to feel hopeless because I can’t sustain that level of intensity. I vacillate between being frustrated, angry, fearful, and tired with occasional glimmers of hope. I need more tools to deal with her and to take better care of myself in the process. I don’t want to stay stuck in the problem so really want to focus on proactive solutions and techniques for boundaries, communication, compassion, and self care. Any input is welcome. Thanks!

Welcome ! Does your daughter live with you? That would up your exhaustion , understandably.  You have touched on the key;   that by helping yourself  , you help her.
Please take a look around this website and let us know as you are able, what are some of her behaviors that you would like boundaries on ?
