Eager to learn how to cope with adult child

I've recently come to understand that my adult daughter has BPD.  She's an amazing woman and learning more about this disorder will help me to not only support her but live my best life with boundaries.  Seeking to learn and to connect with others.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Welcome!  This is a wonderful support group.  I am also fairly new.  The responses that I have received so far for my posts are so helpful.
Having a child with BPD is extremely challenging at times.  I am hopeful that you will feel comfortable sharing here and reaching out for support and information.
