Husband and daughter both have emotional dysregulation, living in chaos

I am walking on eggshells with both my daughter and husband. They both have emotional dysregulation and it is a constant battle in my house. I am trying to keep the peace and end up enabling both and things are not getting better. I don’t know what to do and they are both sucking the life out of me.

Wow! I’m so sorry and many of us can relate. Your in a good place to vent and learn. Your not alone.
How i started this educational journey in BPD was listening to books. And repeating chapters that spoke to me so I could adopt some skills. I dove into links provided on this site. Attended a few taped BPD conferences. Faced my own part and contribution in this chaos as a enabler and began a process of change. First I Set boundaries. More drama ensues before less I must warn you. They don’t enjoy change nor adapt easily to you changing. Consistency is critical. Don’t waver I’m on 6 months same boundaries and still reminding and holding the line. I support but no longer enable. I take time “off”. Beach runaway solo and have my own therapist to help support me through this change.
Hang in - be well
