Hello again. I was active here back in 2013-2014, first trying to figure things out and generally working on 'staying'. In my last conversation thread 7 years ago, ForeverDad was right in that I was probably only 'staying for now'.

I want to start with a huge thank you to so many wonderful people here who helped me out. It's really nice to see a number of you still here, continuing to help the BPDFamily community.

My uBPDw and I had a few generally good years, thanks in great part to valuable lessons I learned when I was active here. But unfortunately something in my uBPDw's life seems to have flipped a switch 1 year ago, and things went downhill fast. The cycles and old familiar patterns are back, and many of them worse than before. I can also see how it's been affecting D10. I'm no longer willing to tolerate what it does to D10 or to me.

At the moment we've had a few peaceful, no-conflict days. But history tells me it's only a matter of time until the next dysregulation and rage.

So I'm starting to research what I need to do to prepare for divorce and plan to start looking for a lawyer soon.

Meanwhile, just a quick 'hello' to those I knew from years ago and to those of you I'm meeting for the first time.
