Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

WelcomeAnonymousMother

This is a good place to come. Every one of our situations I am sure is slightly - or more than slightly! - different, but we have so much in common.

The communication thing is just so complex with BPD. There are many skills you can learn and they may be most helpful. Many people here say that these skills have been an enormous help.

In the long run you will be able to try out new ways of interacting/communicating and hopefully find the one that works for you.

Keep in touch to let us know how things are working out for you.
