New to this forum.  Our 22 year old daughter is diagnosed with BPD and has suffered with depression and PTSD.  She is living with roommates in a city about an hour away from us.  It is tough since she displays most BPD symptoms including suffering with suicidal thoughts.  She is actively working with a BPD Therapist and has started BPD Group.  We have ordered a couple books to look for how best to support her, as well as what may be the best techniques to help her and us.  Any initial thoughts and experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I don't have any answers but want you to know you're not alone.  I'm struggling with my almost 22 year old daughter with BPD and sometimes I feel like this just can't be real.  I am spiraling lately just trying to keep an even keel.
