Called CPS on my BPD/NPD sister

My sister has had guardianship of my kids for 7 years after a long drawn out smear campaign that resulted in DCS giving her my children despite me being unsubstantiated for all allegations.
Finally, the judge is going to let D15 and D14 come back starting December 16 at Christmas break, due to different school zone.
Other three will return in ninety days if all goes well.
Sister is mad because she basically looked bad in court in front of members of our church who saw the truth about her. She argued with the DCS worker who investigated her son for allegedly molesting my girls six years ago and called my kids liars.
Judge asked if he needed to escort the DCS worker out due to my sister's behavior.
After court on Wednesday, my kids asked people at church for food because they were afraid to ask my sister for food.
My sister reportedly got in my D14s face screaming and BIL had to hold her back.
When I picked up my kids for visitation yesterday, my sister was yelling out the door GO and have a WONDERFUL time with your MOTHER . D14 was in tears and shaking. Sister had gotten in her face and D15 got in between them to protect D14.
I texted my trauma therapist friend from church and she made a DCS report, as well as my lawyers assistant and me.
The judge will not sign an emergency custody order unless DCS brings it to him. We're going to bombard with reports on any signs of abuse.
Kids are supposed to go back to her house tomorrow and school is out all week for Thanksgiving. My kids do not feel safe.
We told the child abuse hotline that my kids are only safe for the next 24 hours until they have to return.

Unbelievable... I hope you get them back sooner so your kids are safe.

The reason she was yelling at them was because she doesn't let them wait on the porch for me anymore because "the dog will whine if you're outside without her". But the dog was in the backyard so my kids started to go to the front porch and my sister went ballistic.
D15 says she targets D14 because D14 breaks down crying easily while D15 doesn't.
We also reported other things that have come to light from my children reporting that she has grabbed S11 by the throat, hit S9 with a ruler repeatedly while telling him to stop crying, and grabbing D8 up by her wrist.
