I feel anxiety and Deppression in my home with the unpredictable moods and my daughter resentment. Her Current bf of 6months comes over and they get in arguments , then I get the blame . My daughter lives with me and has a possible dual diagnosis, bipolar and adhd . Just reaching out.

Hi Blackpearl
Glad you have come here to reach out. It is where I come, just so I don't feel alone in this journey with our emotionally intense children.

I know what it is like when you end up being to blame for everything. My dd and her bf were fighting here one day and it got physical. I tried to intervene and they both turned on me! It was a huge lesson for me. From then I have have always stepped back when I can see a 'piggy in the middle' situation happening.

I am wondering how old is your daughter and is it just the two of you usually  in the house? Does she have a support system other than yourself and is she engaged with a counsellor or psychologist?

I hope you have your own support and that you find space somewhere to unwind from the tension in your home.

I hope you find support here where people understand just how difficult this journey is.
