Order of Protection

My stbx with uBPD is living in her home country. When she returns to visit our D17 and S16 and me I will have her served divorce papers. She has a pattern of raging, threatening herself and me with harm when in these states. She bit my wrist last time she was in was here. I'm her target. In December when I stopped talking to her by Skype and phone (because of her verbal abuse) and just used email communication she became very unstable, drank too much and struck her 70+ year old mother. Her mother called the police and she was taken to a clinic and proceeded to kick a doctor. They told her not to come back until she was sober. After that she ODed on sleeping pills in front of her sis on Skype and was admitted to the hospital. He sis wrote emails explaining all of this to me. My L has these emails. My D17 doesn't want her staying in our home. Last time was miserable. All night rants and rages. My L is getting an order of protection in place. When stbx arrives she'll get the divorce papers and order of protection presented to her in the airport. I'm thinking the process server can take care of both of these items. I do not plan to "greet" her at the airport. Does anyone have experience with orders of protection? Any thoughts or experience on that subject would be appreciated. Thank you.
