SHE CALLED THE P.  That's all for now.  He wasn't in but she left a message and told me she was nervous about him calling her back.

Well, it's a start.

Yay!  Good for her.  I'm so happy she made this first step.  I hope it's the first of many positive steps in the future.

Yay!  I love the way u handled the whole situation. Very well done. Letting her make the call was the best move. Our BPD kids have such strong attachments. Can b a good thing at times like this when it is with someone who can help.

We had changed P several months back due to insurance. Never was the same. Recently changed back to the P she began with even tho its out if pocket. D was smiling all the way to the app. It was a nice reuniting. Like seeing family again. Like u, I let D make all the decisions in this as well as the calls. I was just there for support (and a driver). In our case, it certainly isn't a fix, but a relief to know she has someone she trusts who can help with her meds etc. She will do what he recommends. And now that we have a firm BPD diagnosis, he should b able to help even more than before.

Thanks for the update. Hope the first app goes well. Smiling (click to insert in post)

Great, Griz!

A good new start! I hope now you will have a stable period with little steps forward (little because I know big steps are not good for BPD people's balance, so little steps are better).

Enjoy a little relax.
