i'm loosing myself in all the turmoil. wife with BPD(u). son with bi-polar and very paranoid. our daughter who has temper problems moved in recently with her boy friend who i believe is narcissism. i'm a disabled vet and the only one with a job in a small house where there is no escape from the constant bickering and complaints. poor, hungry, tired and expected to do everything. wife has retired (can't cope with the world). all i do is work and have nothing to show for it. no home of my own. every time i do something for myself it comes at a cost and things are slowly going to the place it was before. you see we recently moved and are trying to make a place for us and it's all too slow. i am loosing my identity. i have recently requested to see a mental help therapist. i don't know what to do. i have been diagnosed with acute stress disorder ad depression because of my circumstances. i hate to be a burden to you all. i'm slipping into the quicksand of depression ad if it weren't for my belief in God i don't know if i'd be around now. i hate to need but i do.

Don't apologize!

We get it it!

Ask for all the help you need!  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)

For goodness sake, these relationships are immensely tuff!

I'm glad you are going to talk with a mental health professional.

You mentioned your faith.  Do you attend church?  Do you have any friends?  What kind of work do you do?  Let's see if we can find some things you can do that make you feel better and to get to a healthier place.
