Divorce after 25 years - RO and Temp Orders update

Hi All,
Just wanted to share a bit of good news. For those who have been following my story - after 25 years of marriage to uBPDw, 3 kids S16, s18, d20, in early December I decided that Thanksgiving 2013 was last holiday she would ruin for me and the kids. I told her no more counseling, no more relationship weekend workshops - I was done. Left that night and have not been slept one night in the house since then.
In January I rented a place and S16 is basically with me full time and S18 goes back and forth out of sense of obligation. D20 is off at college. STBX filed for divorce in early January asking for the sun, moon and stars. In typical BPD fashion she file bogus RO exparte in early February - without consulting her attorney! Great now we get to go to court twice this week, on Monday for RO, on Thursday for temp orders.
Week started good on Monday when judge hearing RO case, said heck no this needs to be in front of divorce judge. Today did some haggling between lawyers on some joint expenses with a net result that I only give her $300 to reimburse kid health insurance. $0 temp spousal support. That is the only direct cash she gets. But the best news of all - we have a court day set for mid May for final!

I'm not familiar with your situation but it sounds like you're on your way to a good place. I wish you all the best.
