I stumbled on this website after a REALLY BAD DAY spent in the "drama triangle". It's like the Bermuda Triangle, only worse, because you don't get to disappear! I bet you understand. The website has great information. I'm learning a lot. Because nothing that is posted on the Internet is ever REALLY private, I don't feel comfortable writing an introduction or pouring out my heart here. I'm just really sad. Thanks for listening/ reading

So glad that you are here and finding the information helpful!

Anonymity provides privacy for us as well as the similarities in the stories of our lives.  The shared similar experiences bring us a strange comfort, knowing we are not alone in our struggles.

Who is the person in your life that you believe suffers with traits of BPD?  The person in my life is my daughter, she just turned 19 last week.
