I've found Tara Brach on youtube she has some fantastic videos on radical acceptance and the like. She is a clinical psychologist, her videos approach problems from a Buddhist, but not overtly religious perspective. No "smells and bells", as they say, just good practical advice that will help you cope. Please at least check out her videos on radical acceptance. I promise you won't regret it.

Tara Brach is well known on this site already and her work on Radical Acceptance is part of the recommended reading - for example.

Thank you both for pointing this out.
I listened to YouTube interview this morning and found it really interesting and I've learnt a lot. I feel that we're going in the right direction as a family as it confirmed This new found knowledge of the importance of providing a gentle, kind refuge so healing can take place rather than turning our back on BPDs. It's given me hope that my BPDs, who doesn't seek therapy, may in the end be OK as he's a very spiritual person and if he moves towards meditation and/or better self awareness he'll be able to untangle himself safely.
Got a bit deep in my thoughts!
