trust & therapy

Hey everybody. I have a question.
But first background, Husband is BPD (high functioning, in denial).
My husband smokes weed. It is legal for medical purposes in our state and decriminalized in our city.
I do NOT smoke. I am highly allergic to many types of weeds/grasses and smoke irritates my allergies. I do see medical reasons for it as well as many other items that can be made with it.
Husband is dealing with custody issues with ex. We assume she called CPS on us because the accusations were quite outlandish. We believe that she is trying to gain advantage in the custody case.
I was talking about this with my therapist because it is genuinely frustrating and distressing for me. I don't want to be caught up in their nonsense and childish attacks. I am not going to be involved in any of it. But when CPS shows up that forces me into the fire. I had said to my therapist that one of the accusations was that "we had a grow operation", which is completely false. She asked if we did, I said of course NOT. She asked me if I smoked and I said NO. She asked me if he did and I said yes, but not in the house (I immediately started regretting that).
Well who showed up at my door this morning? The CPS worker that we are working with saying that there were more accusations of drug use. I took a drug test for her, I don't do any drugs so I am not worried about it.
But now I am wondering is it more BS from his ex or did my therapist call. If it was my therapist, why would I want to share anything in therapy again? Now I am not even feeling comfortable talking to her. I am feeling like shutting the door on sharing my feelings because I can't really trust anyone. I feel like I just messed up my progress that I felt I made. Can anyone relate?
I feel my trust has been violated. It sucks that you can't really be completely honest about anything without it biting you in the butt.

They will tell you when they have to report. I have had one tell me that in the past.
