Trying to understand

I'm new here, first heard about BPD from a mental health professional that we had took out daughter to.  She mentioned almost in passing that she thought our daughter might have BPD.  That was almost 7 years ago. 

I'm looking for answers, strategies, and hope.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
