Yeah I need help here please I’m meeting my exGF BPD tomorrow for breakfast (if she doesn’t cancel) like most BPD ppl flip flop. With that said I left her 3 weeks ago and I wrote her a letter to apologize and walk away on the high road.We started texting and stuff and she reached out yesterday night .Short story tomorrow we are meeting and she said she accepted my apology. Now how to react or talk not to trigger her

hi Shawnlam,

i think this would be a great start: https://bpdfamily.com/content/what-does-it-take-be-relationship

i realize between now and tomorrow morning you dont have time to go through the lessons and tools, let alone practice them. i also realize this is a meeting, im not trying to put the cart before the horse, but i would at least start reading through the lessons, get a feel for them, i think it will help with attitude and perspective before and during the meeting.

so, anything on the agenda you want to talk to her about? how have the texts been going?

Since she’s accepted my email explanation and  apology she went from anger to open to meet to smiles on text so not bad.Tomorrow and that’s if she doesn’t cancel  I um ... .just want to hold her again .After that is like to keep the breakfast nice and smooth to gauge her emotions and stuff

Listen. It more important that she be heard than what you have to say.   Being cool (click to insert in post)
