I am in a new relationship plus new to being submissive. Dom has BPD & his mood swings & feelings that not acting owned by him are mentally wearing me out. My worry for his safety & well being is making me ill. He's currently homeless. He is on SS disability & manages that money poorly. He has a lot of health issues too. I'm thinking my only choice is to end relationship & just hoping there is a way to stop me from doing that. Anyone else in a D/S where Dom has BPD? Any feedback welcomed. Thank you!

Welcome

Welcome to bpdfamily!  We're sorry you're coping with BPD, but we're glad you're here.  Take some time to read the stories of others, and you'll see a lot of commonality with the things you are facing, even if others have different lifestyles.  Combining BPD with a dominant/submissive relationship, though, potentially puts you in an even more difficult situation.  Our members striving for relationships with balanced power often find themselves more vulnerable than they want to be.  Your situation potentially increases your vulnerability.  You mentioned that this is your first such relationship.  Do you have support from others who understand your lifestyle?

Can you tell us a bit more about your relationship?  How long have you been together?  How old is each of you?
