Hi
I am quite certain that my significant other has BPD ( may be at the lower range spectrum) and I have reached a place where Im quite lost, demotivated, maybe depressed ... and it has started to take a physical toll on my body... dont know what to do next.

Welcome

Welcome!  The relationships are tough, and it can be discouraging.  You mention that you feel your SO may be on the lighter end of the spectrum.  That's cause for hope, as the coping tools you can learn here really can make a difference with folks in that range.

What are some of the behaviors or issues that are causing the most pain and exhaustion right now?

Hi.  I want to join Radcliff in welcoming you to the board.  yOu have landed in a place where people share similar experiences and understand.  We all support each other here too so I hope you settle in and post in threads and read.  We have a lot of material here and I hope you share some more details as you feel ready so we can guide you better.

Hope to read more from you.
