Hi Chatotic,

Coming to terms with BPD may seem daunting at first,  but it provides you with a baseline to start, a journey towards healing.

This board, however,  is geared towards members who are  seeking to heal and improve their relationships with their loved ones who have BPD, or those who are wishing to distance themselves.  As such, most of the contents here may be triggering to you.

I encourage you to explore more where you can better be supported,  and I wish you well on your journey.

Support for individuals with borderline personality traits.

Take Care,

Turkish

Hi Chatoic and Welcome to BPD Family!

I checked your profile and it indicates that your friend is the person in your life with BPD. You've come to the right place for information - this site is chock full of helpful articles.

It's great you've come here looking for support as you learn more about BPD.

Can you tell us a little more about what's going on? It will help us to know how to best advise you.

I look forward to hearing more from you and how we can best support you.

Again, Welcome!
