I don't know how to manage my 23 year old daughter's temper tantrums bizarre paranoia and refusal to communicate with me only via text despite living in my home this has been going on for years I try to reason then I ignore then I explode please advise.

Welcome Poojah.  Your reaction is normal given the circumstances. 
The texting is infuriating, but if it helps at all, even "normal" folks do this!
One positive is that she is at least communicating to you and that is something,even though her method maybe a bit unorthodox.
~Re: her temper tantrums, yes that is all apart of the BPD package unfortunately.  How fierce are they?
