Hi!  It's my first time here.  Our 28-year-old son was just diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.  He was previously diagnosed with bipolar 2 and generalized anxiety disorder.  This BPD diagnosis makes a lot of sense from the reading I've done so far.  I'm here to learn.  Thanks!

welcome,
You are doing the right thing by learning as much as you can about BPD and this forum is a good place to start.
Sometimes the bipolar  and GAD co exists with the BPD.  It is a positive he is receptive to getting help, that is huge.  Please take a look around, there is also a library here with book suggestions, a poplular one is "Stop walking on Eggshells"  etc.
