Hi,
Feeling guilty, like every day. I dread each day. I dread my daughter getting out of bed and what the day will bring.
BPD is a new diagnosis, although prior to 18 it was emotional dysregulation.

Hi Anonymum - Welcome!

I'm so sorry you are having a tough time.  Taking care of yourself needs to be a priority.  Are you getting some counseling for you?  Are there some things you like to do that can help you relieve stress?

Is your daughter receiving any treatment?  Sounds like she may not be cooperative.  Is that the case?

Hi,
I've had counselling various times over the past 6 years, which is when things began to emerge. I know the current situation has just intensified everything. I live alone with my daughter so its currently 24/7, although her dad has been here everyday since Christmas, (we are divorced but good mates). Our main issues currently are some medical problems which may be psychologically rooted as all tests are coming back clear. It's hard to know if things are subconsciously manifested or real. We spend a lot of time in hospitals, so much so, I call them my second home.
