My grown daughter (32) was diagnosed with BPD at 16 and she leads a very high-functioning life. I've finally had it with all of the criticism and what seems like blame. She's been in therapy her entire life and yet, I still seem to be at the root of her issues (to her). She's turned me down to go to counseling together and I need to change the way I behave and also not to be afraid to set limits when she criticizes me. I keep thinking if I can do it right, she'll be happy. I realized recently that that idea is ridiculous and a setup for failure on my part. I bought the "eggshell" workbook and downloaded the Essential Family Guide book to start. I would love to take an online course or attend a live Zoom support group. I signed up for the free 10 week course and there is a 5-6 MONTH waiting list. Any help will be appreciated!

cls238, I just finished the "Family Connections" zoom course. It was such a help for me. Do all the reading you can, and learn the lingo. You will be amongst a
group of folks that will help you find your way.
Good luck!
