Access to Courts

Is it just me or is there no access to the courts? My trial date got kicked and my lawyers say there's little chance of getting a new trial date as the state is down on judges. Further, the courts are full dealing with violent DV cases.

My understanding of the reality of the courts was you could get access if you had the money. But I don't even think this is even true anymore.
