hello, I'm new, and just realized others may be interested in the seminar I'm attending virtually tomorrow. It is the
18th Annual Yale-National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder Conference: Interpersonal Connections and Borderline Personality Disorder: Exploring the Role of Attachment and Trauma
It is from 9:30A - 5:15P (EDT) tomorrow, May 5. Here is the website:
https://medicine.yale.edu/psychiatry/education/conferences/bpdconference/home/Sign-up is at the bottom of that page, and there are tabs at the top where you can review the program and other information. Virtual attendance costs $50.
I think I received the info because I'm on the waiting list for a NEABPD Family Connections course, which is a 12-class course (2 hrs each session). if that interests you, here is the website for that:
https://www.borderlinepersonalitydisorder.org/family-connections/ I'm told there's about a 3-month waiting list, but they also have weekend intensive courses that come open more frequently (I received an invitation for one when i'd been on the waiting list about 4 weeks, I but the dates didn't work).
My ex-husband and (young adult still living with me) daughter suffer from BPD and I'm trying to learn all the skills I can to support my daughter and help myself cope.
