Yes, it can, and often seems to. These are one of the times that Bill Eddy, in his book "Splitting", says to be careful. I think my BPDex got triggered a lot in the last couple of month before our trial date, and now, after the divorce is final. I've been getting a lot of weird demands from her in the last couple of months.
