I hope none of you will be offended by this,  but... .

I was seeing my own dr.  just the other day,  and he asked how was my stress level.  I've had Crohns disease for many years and it is triggered by extreme stress. I responded well dr. have you ever heard of Borderline Personality Disorder,  he said why yes ,  I said well I have a child with it.  He came  back with,  I didn't have much psych education,  with being a gastroenterologist,  but I once was told that if you are in a room with a person for more than 15 minutes and you want to strangle them, then they most likely have BPD.  I must say I chuckled at his response all the way home.  Mainly because it was so true and how I'd felt that way many times,  but would never allow myself to say it out loud.  He put it into words I definitely understood!

If this has offended anyone please forgive me,  but somehow we just have to find some humor in all of this.

angeldust1:  Thank you for the early morning giggle.  Yes, we so need to find the humor when we can and thanks for sharing that.

You are so welcomed Griz,  if we can't find the humor,  we will never find the answer.  I was a bit afraid I would offend some of you.

But... . when he said it,   I couldn't help but laugh.  It was as though,  some one finally put into words what most of us would never dare to think.  But it is a pretty good measure of how to detect some with it.  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)   Smiling (click to insert in post)

Again thanks Griz for validating my post.

I just had a pretty rough week with my dd25.  I needed the humor!  Thanks!
