I've just been disowned by my sister for the third time in two years. Every time we disagree she blows up, accuses me of not loving her enough, and then tells me she can't have someone as cold and selfish in her life. I talked to a counsellor who suggested I read about BPD. It's clicking together for me now. I still feel like I'm the hurtful unstable one-partly because this last argument I was sucked in and reactionary, while usually I just don't bite. Looking for info and support here.

Hello Yellow Oak,
You have come to the right place!
There are several members here who are working on their relationship with family members who suffer from BPD - you're not alone in this.
How old is your sister?
