This may not be popular, but it is where I am right now... Have you ever been with someone that has BPD traits and gotten that ewww feeling?

For me, I think thats where I am at... I think I've come to realize that part of my attraction to them is something that is broken in me. and while today I can feel a bit of compassion for those with BPD. my first response to someone with this condition is not the sympathy that they seem to crave but 'Eeeww'. this is not to say this feeling will last as it seems to change for me on a daily basis... but it sure feels good to say it.

I was married to the queen of darkness (for which I thought there was no escape), then dated a waif (who while good looking often evoked that eeeww feeling in me as she seemed so child like (she is 38).

I think all of this just comes down to a bit of yuck that i dont find myself wanting to do deal with anymore... anyone else feel that way? or am i totally nuts here?

It's completely normal. Sometimes I feel I'm going to puke when thinking about her past behaviour, and it is not the anxious kind of reaction.
